Arkansas - negotiated sales lists are available from the State Land Commission.

Arizona - sales are coming up in February. Many sales are online. Come join us in Sedona for a hands-on workshop - Arizona Tax Lien Workshop

Colorado - a fews lists are still available for 2010.

California - many deed sales are available online.

Florida - sales occur in May and June, but over-the-counter lists are available throughout the year. Florida also has tax deed sales. The liens are deeds are offered from different government departments.

Illinois - most Illinois tax lien certificate sales occur in the fall. However, Illinois also offers tax deeds sales in odd years.

Nebraska - for the first time in 2011, one County will be offering sales online.

Nevada - Nevada conducts deed sales, except Clark County also has tax lien sales for city liens.

New Jerseys - New Jersey sales are held by cities or municipalities, so you need to search by city.

Ohio - Ohio is a tax deed state unless you have big bucks. Counties with greaterter than 250,000 people sell in bulk to big investors. Now you can buy directly from these investors.
